They should fire the assistant coaches. If you look at the U of M last year they did not do very well. They fired their assistant coaches and brought back 5 assistant coaches from their hay day. Michigan is now the second best team in the country (even if they are only ranked #7). The Spartans looked great against Notre Dame, the players just lost focus because they thought they already won (same thing happened last year with OSU and Texas).
